What Mealva provides
Mealva creates personalized dinner plans, recipe suggestions, fridge ingredient recognition, and shopping lists. Features may change as we improve the service. You must be an adult, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable, to use Mealva.
Food and AI information
Recipes, ingredient recognition, estimated costs, and nutrition information are generated or estimated and may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergen labels, food handling, cooking temperatures, and whether a meal is suitable for you. Mealva is not a medical or dietetic service and does not provide professional health advice. Stop using a suggestion if it appears unsafe and report it in the app.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep access to your device and sign-in methods secure. Provide accurate information where needed to use the service. Do not interfere with the service, abuse its endpoints, upload unlawful content, or use it in a way that harms others. You may delete your account in the app or through the process on our account deletion page.
Subscriptions
Mealva may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The app shows the subscription period, current local price, any available trial, and the renewal price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel it in your store account. Canceling stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends. Trial eligibility, pricing, taxes, refunds, and payment processing follow the applicable store rules. Deleting your Mealva account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Content and ownership
Mealva and its software, design, and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use generated plans and recipes for personal, noncommercial cooking. Do not copy or redistribute the app or its content as a competing service. Third-party images and marks remain the property of their owners.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Mealva available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Mealva is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Mealva after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Contact [email protected].
