Delete your Mealva account

In the app

Open Me → Delete account and confirm. Mealva will remove your account, profile, preferences, meal plans, shopping items, favorites, and other planning data from the active account.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject Mealva account deletion request. Include the email address linked to the account, if you linked one. If you only used Mealva as a guest, include your user ID from the app if available. We will verify ownership before deleting data. Do not email passwords or payment details.

What may remain

Purchase records managed by Apple or Google are handled by those stores. Some limited records may be kept where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes. Deleting an account does not cancel an active store subscription; cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account.
